Price for a minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights : 700,00 €
Christmas, Easter and Sanremo Festival week
Price for a minimum stay of 4 consecutive nights : 400,00 €
Low season
From October 1st to May 31th
Price for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights : 200,00 €
Price for each additional night: 100,00 €

Tourist tax
In the Municipality of Ospedaletti, the TOURIST TAX came into force from 1 July 2019 with a rate of €1.50 per person per night up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, not included in the price of the apartment. The tax is due with the exclusion of the period between 1 October and 30 November.

The Cà di Sura apartment is available under the following conditions:
maximum number of guests: 2 adulti
Smoking is forbidden throughout the property.
Pets not allowed
Bookings
✤Through this site it is possible to request only availability of the structure, but this request will not give rise to the actual booking, which will take place exclusively with a confirmation via e-mail or telephone from the manager of Cà di Sura. Until that moment the apartment is considered unbooked.
Refunds in case of booking cancellation
✤Do you realize that you won't be able to come to us? Hurry and cancel your booking as soon as possible! If you cancel before 30 days from the check-in date you will immediately receive a 75% refund! And the remaining 25% will remain to your credit for the future!
✤What if it happens at the last moment? However, you will not lose the entire amount: if you cancel within 30 days before the check-in date, the refund will be equal to 50% of the amount.
Check-in and check-out times
✤ Check-in: from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm; increased amount of €20.00 for arrivals after 7.00 pm.
